Our goal is to reduce your costs and the length of your stay in the United States with our creative solutions.
We believe that your time should be focused on preparing for your baby’s delivery and on adjusting to parenthood while we work to streamline the bureaucracy and assist in navigating the American healthcare system.
OUR SERVICES
TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
Flight: Booking flights with a dedicated travel agent which allows for quick and easy changes if any emergency arises.
Car rental: We work directly with rental companies to get better rates, vehicle upgrades, and insurance.
Housing: We will work with corporate housing providers to provide fully furnished apartments options. We also research alternative housing such as AirBnB.
HOSPITAL BILLING MANAGEMENT
Provide an estimate for the cost of newborn care at the client’s specific hospital.
Establish contact at the hospital to ensure billing questions are answered prior to and after delivery.
Ensure IPs receive all necessary itemized statements and receipts of payment.
If the newborn faces a NICU stay, or incurs large hospital bills, we will try to find insurance solutions.
MEDICAL EDUCATION AND NEWBORN CARE SUPPORT
Education and guidance throughout the pregnancy and newborn preparations.
Review of feeding, diapering, medications and testing for newborn during the first two weeks of life.
Assistance picking a pediatrician and negotiating the lowest cost for the 2 mandatory visits post hospital discharge.
Available for medical consultation if any problems arise with your infant to determine if additional medical evaluation is necessary, with the goal of a healthy newborn and maximal cost savings.
DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANCE
Help IPs apply for the baby's Social Security number at the hospital or Social Security Administration office. Recommendation dependent on the state.
Track the status of the birth certificate, notify IPs as soon as their certificate is ready for pick up and provide instructions.
Provide assistance with a passport appointment for IPs and instructions.
Optional added service: facilitate the apostille process.
OTHER
For Jewish families-we will help coordinate a Jewish conversion ceremony and circumcision if the family wishes.
