OUR SERVICES
Fertility Assistance
If you do not yet have embryos created: We work closely with our partners to guide you through the fertility portion of your process, from genetic testing all the way through the embryo creation.
If you already have embryos created: We will work with your fertility clinic to source you a surrogate based on intended parent and fertility clinic specifications.
Surrogate Matching
First, surrogate women apply within our portal. They are automatically disqualified if they do not meet ASRM standards.
Afterward, each meets with Zarah and Lauren to interview further. If their medical, surgical and pregnancy history align with standard gestational carrier criteria, KDC will request full medical records to review. Afterward, if she meets criteria, we will allow the surrogate to pick the intended parents that she would like to meet with.
Pregnancy Monitoring and Support
Our case managers will work with the surrogate and the intended parents to keep them informed about what to expect with pregnancy testing, recommended vaccinations, and how the pregnancy is progressing. You will be able to ask any questions
Hospital Billing Management and Documentation Assistance
Hospital Billing Management:
Provide an estimate for the cost of newborn care at the client’s specific hospital.
Establish contact at the hospital to ensure billing questions are answered prior to and after delivery.
Ensure IPs receive all necessary itemized statements and receipts of payment.
If the newborn faces a NICU stay, or incurs large hospital bills, we will try to find insurance solutions.
Documentation Assistance:
Help IPs apply for the baby's Social Security number at the hospital or Social Security Administration office. Recommendation dependent on the state.
Track the status of the birth certificate, notify IPs as soon as their certificate is ready for pick up and provide instructions.
Provide assistance with a passport appointment for IPs and instructions.
Optional added service: facilitate the apostille process.

Travel recommendations:
Flight: Booking flights with a dedicated travel agent which allows for quick and easy changes if any emergency arises.
Car rental: We work directly with rental companies to get better rates, vehicle upgrades, and insurance.
Housing: Provide guidance in booking housing on sites such as AirBnB.
